Four Beautiful Independent Shops That Stock My Work

Four Beautiful Independent Shops That Stock My Work

I’m excited to shine a spotlight on four wonderful independent shops that carry my work — two based in the South West of England, and two located in Europe. Each store is thoughtfully curated, supporting local makers and offering truly special finds.

1. Home Front Interiors – Bath, UK

Located in the charming Margaret’s Buildings, Home Front Interiors is a haven for handmade treasures. Since 2021, Vanessa Clarke has been stocking my work in her beautifully curated shop. You'll find a stunning selection of ceramics, prints, jewellery, homewares, and more — all created by talented independent makers.

Bath itself is a destination worth exploring, with its natural spa, Georgian architecture, and thriving independent scene. If you’re visiting Somerset, make sure Home Front Interiors is on your list.

2. These Two Hands – Bristol, UK

Naomi Evans runs These Two Hands, an inspiring store based at 83 Sandy Park Road in Bristol. A passionate advocate for the environment and handmade design, Naomi showcases a carefully selected range of sustainable, locally sourced items. From lip balms to ceramics, prints, and beyond, everything in her shop tells a story.

You can also follow Naomi’s journey on Instagram @thesetwohandsuk, where she shares her passion for craft, nature, and conscious living. Her store is a warm, welcoming space — a must-visit if you’re in Bristol.

3. Prepletanja Concept Store – Solothurn, Switzerland

Tucked away in the picturesque town of Solothurn — just 43 km north of Bern — Prepletanja Concept Store is run by Sabina Novak Berkopec. This beautiful store is not only a place to discover handmade goods, but also offers a variety of creative workshops.

Whether you're exploring the charming cobbled streets of Solothurn or looking for a peaceful day trip from Bern, Prepletanja is the perfect spot to enjoy local artistry and perhaps even try something new.

4. The Gather Shop – Amsterdam, Netherlands

In the heart of Amsterdam, inside the vibrant De Hallen centre on Hannie Dankbaarpassage 19, you’ll find The Gather Shop. This tranquil, stylish store offers a thoughtfully chosen collection of handmade goods in an industrial-chic setting.

If you can’t make it in person, their beautifully designed website makes it easy to browse and shop online. But if you are nearby, it’s well worth stopping in to experience the calm and care that defines this special space.

Whether you're local to these areas or planning a weekend getaway, I highly recommend visiting these shops. Each one is a true celebration of independent craft, creativity, and community — and you’re sure to discover something special.
